- A: Our mages have experience with a wide variety of platforms, including:

- * Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98, 98 SE, ME
- * Windows 2000, XP (SP 1-4), Vista, 7, and Server
- * Fedora Core 4, Fedora 7 through 17
- * Red Hat Linux 6 and 8, CentOS
- * Ubuntu, Knoppix, and Trisquel
- * Android (Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich)
Plus we can easily transfer these skills to many other environments. - Q: What computer brands and models are you experienced with?
- A: Our mages have experience with a wide variety of desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. This includes many different brands including machines from Dell, Lenovo, Acer, e-Machines and devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S II and the Motorola Xoom.
We have also have specific experience with machines that contain:- * AMD and Intel processors
- * Graphics chips from ATI/AMD, Intel, and Nvidia
- * Both PATA/IDE and SATA devices
- * Numerous sound and network cards.
- As well as many other peripherals and expansion devices.
- Q: Do you provide products other than computers?
- A: Yes we do. As well as out previously mentioned computer services, we also provide CCTV, Networking, and Telecommunication services. Our wide experience and abilities mean than we can service most devices with electronic controls.
- Q: What geographical areas do you serve?
- A: We are based in West Parkland County, but we will travel throughout the Edmonton, Drayton Valley, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Wabamun or Evansburg area. Lloydminster and Vermillion areas, as well as other parts of Alberta, may also be serviced by appointment. Mileage charges may apply.
- Q: I know nothing at all about computers, can you help me?
- A: We will involve you in the process as much or as little as you like, accommodating your own level of technical experience. Our goal is to give you the computer that you want, and one that you know how to use.
- Q: What if I do not even know what is wrong? Or what if I just have a question?
- A: We are prepared to do our best to diagnose problems for you, and we are available by phone or e-mail to answer your questions. Do not be afraid to ask, no matter what the issue seems to be.
